职位描述
Job specification:
1.Prepare construction method statement, manpower plan, construction equipment plan and schedule during project bidding stage.
2. Supervise contractors on job site for quality, safety and schedule.
3. Quantity verification of progress.
4. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems.
5. Coordinates with related department and public authorities to solve the project issues.
6. Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
7. To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines to each project.
8. Perform leadership and direction within project execution team;
Key qualification:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical or CSA background.
2. Minimum 10 years industry construction experience.
3. French is a must. English good is a plus 4. Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost control.
