Objectives of the Position
Demand Planning
* support sales staff to carry out high quality forecasts
Merchandised Goods Replenishment Planning
* plan and carry out acquisition of merchandise to achieve customer service, inventory and
cost objectives
* follow up the acquisition status to ensure delivery schedules is optimized and meet
customer requirements
Raw Material Replenishment Planning
* plan and carry out acquisition of raw materials, packaging supplies, and ingredients to
achieve customer service, inventory and cost objectives
* follow up the acquisition status to ensure delivery schedules is optimized and meet
production requirements
Production Scheduling
* responsible for scheduling production requisition proposal
* follow up the detail product scheduling with production, and coordinate with production to
realize the production requisition needs
Merchandised Goods Inventory Management
* inventory optimization
* shelf life control
* aging stock/expired products management
* stock discrepancy investigation, provide action plan
Finished Goods Inventory Management
* inventory optimization
* shelf life control
* aging stock/expired products management
* stock discrepancy investigation, provide action plan
Raw Material Inventory Management
* inventory optimization
* shelf life control
* aging stock/expired raw material management
* stock discrepancy investigation, follow up and take corrective/preventive actions
Sales and Operation Process
* organize the sales & operations (S&OP) meeting, in coordination with sales/marketing,
production and procurement.
* Propose measures to continuously optimize overall planning, inventory and distribution
processes ,and execute new initiatives as required
Distribution Warehouse Replenishment Planning Support
* Follow-up the material consumption and monitor the actual stock, concern the needs from
production planning, sales and product quality, draft the distribution warehouse replenishment
plan and initiate the replenishment
* support to optimize distribution warehouse replenishment planning (transition period)
Material planning controlling
* Prepare all related material planning controlling statistics, such as DIV, Aging reports etc.
Material master
* Application Spass No. of all new material and manage material SPASS list

* Purchase order management process
Main Tasks
Demand Planning Support
* monitor material forecast and material demand change by account , report to material
management manager
* provide historical data and statistical forecasts to account manager
* use forecast accuracy KPIs to identify potential problems
* input consensus forecast in SAP to drive supply planning
* calculate sales forecast accuracy
* analyze sales forecast accuracy report
Master Production Scheduling Proposal
* perform net requirement calculation based on sales forecast and inventory status
* develop tentative production schedule within consideration of batch sizing and capacity
restriction
* manage, maintain and monitor the S&OP process, organize sales and operation meeting
* monitor production in order to reach customer requirements in terms of quantity and time
* coordinate the production quantity or allocation with marketing, sales and production
* calculate optimized inventory level with consideration on service level and safety stock
* manage inventory of OMP articles
monitor & report shelf life
monitor & report aging stock/expired products
stock discrepancy investigation, follow up and take corrective/preventive actions

economical order quantity, order point
* release Purchase Requisition to procurement department
* monitor product availability records in SAP and keep customer service or sales informed
about exceptions to plan

stock discrepancy investigation and follow up stock discrepancy investigation, follow up
and take corrective/preventive actions

* prepare raw material articles replenishment plans with consideration of safety stock level,
economical order quantity, order point
* release Purchase Requisition to procurement department and change, confirm Purchase
Requistion with procurement department.
* calculate optimized inventory level with consideration on service level and safety stock
* manage raw material inventory
monitor & report shelf life
monitor & report aging stock/expired products
stock discrepancy investigation and provide action plan
* follow purchase order staus
* provide monthly forecast to pruchasing department as their request and follow local stock
status
