Position: E&I Engineer
Work location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Department Manager, Maintenance
People Management Responsibility: No
Travel Required: No
Shift Required: No
Job Objectives:
Be mainly responsible for the E&I equipment maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Planning, organization, execution E&I equipment maintenance to ensure daily production operation.
2. Monitoring and analyzing E&I equipment status and updating technical documentation.
3. Conducting the PLC malfunction analysis if necessary.
4. Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for E&I equipment.
5. Participate in engineering activities to improve the plant production performance.
6. Supervising E&I worker, contractor group in the workshop.
7. Training E&I workers and contractor group.
8. E&I maintenance documentation, e. g Maintenance record, PM schedule and monthly report.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Electrical, Automation or Instrument Control System Engineering.
2. More than 5 years practical experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, experience in chemical plants is preferred.
3. PLC Programming is preferred.
4. Self-starting, able to perform under pressure, good team work spirit.
5. Good command of English is preferred, not must.
