AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Work Safety and improve safe process operation.
Ensure that work is done in a high quality manner.
Position requires multi-tasking candidate capable of managing (identifying and driving) powder process improvements.
Process improvement engineering for production support and facility waste minimization efforts to include process optimization, documentation, and statistical analysis of process and equipment capabilities.
Coordinates activities with management or other engineers to review projects, objectives, timelines, project tasks and ensuring communications within the plant. Handles daily problems, and may design and oversee smaller scale capital projects.
Leads manufacturing teams to drive process improvements through Lean Techniques
Involved with the design and/or installation of plant equipment and the improvement of various manufacturing processes
Work with OEM’s when necessary for improving equipment performanceCreate and document work instructions for processing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
? Experience with engineering process work. Ability to understand statistical data to aid in project management and implementation.
? Lean Six Sigma training and experience.
? Strong data analysis skills.
? Team player and able to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
? BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
