Specific Responsibilities

? Roles, Responsibilities and Priorities
-Tracking and communicating production events at factory partners
-Completing production schedules including items packed and loaded daily by PO
-Updating factory production schedules including key estimated and actual event dates
-Posting updated production schedules and factory shipping documents to the project management system website
-Review and correction of factory documents for model, count, FSC and tariff information
-Matching of factory packing lists and invoices to KH purchase orders for pre-approval of factory payment
-Support for factory on-time packing performance measurement


Education, Experience and Skills

? Education and Experience
-College degree preferred or comparable number of years experience
-Furniture industry experience is a plus

-Good people skills
-High sense of urgency

? Communication Skills
-Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers, suppliers and fellow employees
-Ability to communicate with factory partners

-Good business understanding of sales, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain
-Furniture industry experience
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
-Must be results focused
