Responsibilities
Daily:
1. Standard cost control and maintenance.
2. Product BOM/Routing/Labor time and related cost information in ERP system control.
3. Item master data control and item activation in ERP system.
4. Sales price control and maintenance.
5. Internal purchase price control and maintenance.
6. Related cost information daily gathering and control, prepare for monthly closure.
7. Local key user for ERP system.
Weekly:
1. Support weekly Dash Board Report preparation.
2. Weekly Scrap Report preparation.
3. Weekly sales flash report.
Monthly:
1. Monthly cost related sub-ledger booking/verification/reconciliation.
2. Monthly cost related Hyperion report preparation.
3. Monthly cost related Financial Comments preparation.
4. Monthly direct cost rolling forecast.
5. Monthly 71250ACP preparation and review.
6. Monthly sales analysis report.
7. Monthly OH analysis report.
8. Monthly direct labor efficiency report.
9. Monthly Inventory/ITR status report.
10. Other cost related analysis report like freight in/freight out/package and etc.
Quarterly:
1. Quarterly obsolete and slow moving inventory calculation and booking.
2. Quarterly LCM review.
3. Quarterly internal transfer price for AZJ review and update.
Yearly:
1. Annul cost related internal & external audit.
2. Annul sales & direct cost forecast.
3. Annul internal transfer price review and update.
4. Annul QAD cost related master data review and update.
Requirement:
1. Have 3-year work experience in manufacturing industry or accounting firms.
2. Strong costing background or big 4 experience is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge at standard costing system.
4. Good analytical skill, especially for analysis on standard cost, purchase price variance, OH variance, sales mix, CM% and EBIT% by project.
5. Excellent at Excel, and other Microsoft office software.
6. Self-motivated, hard-working, good team player, willing to work overtime and under pressure.
