职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management of the plant operations with keen focus in production, quality, manufacturing engineering, maintenance,purchasing,IT and logistics,Finance
Create annual budgets for capital expenditures and operating expenses and closely control and monitor actual operating expenses against budget, full responsibility for independent P&L
Review manufacturing overhead and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant
Anticipate and satisfy all government requirements for plant operations, manage and resolve all other matters that affect completion and ultimate operation of the plant
Implement, review and improve management systems to achieve company normal operations and quality objectives
Implement policies and goals in alignment with corporate policies, strategic plan and philosophies
Set review and revise objectives for each department to ensure required level of performance
Accomplish quality and timely product delivery through direct supervision and leadership of plant workforce and encourage customer-focused philosophy
Instill low cost & high quality philosophy including cost reduction and unnecessary waste to ensure each function is cost-effective
Communicate and report operational achievements and issues to corporate top management
To establish an environment of continuous improvement, resulting ever increasing targets, through the development of lean manufacturing and operations functional excellence across the plant
Ensure facility success through a properly trained workforce
Responsible for continuous wastage reduction and quality improvement
Make effective utilization of resource and production capacity
Ensure production environment safety and prevent any accidents in production
Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training and development
Establish and monitor overall plant performance in the areas of quality, cost, delivery, and safety
Keep good relationship with government authorities

Requirement:
Bachelor degree,MBA will be prefer
More than 15 years manufacturing experience,at least 5 years equal position experience
Production management in Mechanical/Automotive/Electronical industry
MNC experience
Familiar with contemporary operational techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc
Good problem solving and good communication ability
Good negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and good influential skills
Flexibility with regards to work schedule to assure immediate response to circumstances
Good team builder and motivator
