Job Title: CS Specialist
Job Location: Hefei
Function: Supply Chain

Main Job Purpose:

Responsible for key customer order to cash process, especially monitor customer service KPI through reporting; communicate with customer/other internal function to improve customer service level.
Daily operation communication and coordination with X-function on order issues & Problem, AR reconsolidate and help on AR overdue reduction.
Build deep cooperation plan with customer to find opportunity to improve both supply chain efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Regular report to monitor customer service KPI and drive to fulfill customer orders
2. Daily order issue and problem solving
3. Communicate with KC /customer to solve related issues
4. AR management and billing related issue handling.
5. Credit hold release coordination
6. Customer complain coordination
7. Deliver issue coordination
8. Important information communication with external and internal customer

Professional Skills:

Knowledge & Experience:

? Bachelor Degree and above

General Skill:

? This role is supporting key customer OTC operation
