Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation
2. To develop new pump technology for new business and application
3. To analyses existing pump's design to find out possible design problems and optimize design
4. Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products
5. Supports piston pump manufacturing in assembly and test Process
6. To manage projects' process
7. To instruct team members on pump deign
8. Performs piston pump design.
9. To review and revise team members' design

Job Requirements:
1. At least bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and 3 year's working experience iin motor or electrical appliance engineering and manufacturing related
2. Excellent experience in product mechanical / plastic part / electrical design / application
3. Good knowledge of pump design and manufacturing
4. Knowledge in DOE, QFD, DFMEA, TS16949, APQP, DFM is preffered
5. Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
6. Good command of English
