职位描述：
As one of the management team member, running the Purchase Department smoothly. Source, select, evaluate and develop new supplier base for raw material and components. Establish strategy to achieve international price competitiveness.

? Ensure staffing, training and development of team members.
? Lead the purchasing Team and set the objectives
? Establish working procedures and make sure standard procedures and practices are followed.
? Look for potential suppliers, cooperate with other related departments for supplier yearly evaluation.
? RFQ issuing and quotation, price negotiation.
? Purchase contract management and risk control.
? Supplier and material bundling and cost control.
? Make yearly purchase plan and cost reduction target according to business plan.
? Make sure the team obey company various policies.


Requirements:

? At least 10 years’ experience in Purchase, preferably in Automobile Industry
? Familiar with SAP system.
? Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, co-ordination skills
