Responsibilities :
1.Providing first level support to our employees in China
2. Configuring and troubleshooting Dell personal computers and laptops
3.Provide PC and basic network support for the production team
4.Train users in the proper use of hardware and software
5. We expect a certain amount of travelling within China.

Requirements:
1. 1 to 2 years experience in supporting PC hardware and software in a multi-operating system environment is required.
2. Solid operating systems understanding of Windows XP and Windows 7 is as much a must as fluent capability of Mandarin and English.
3. A strong candidate will also have networking experience with TCP/IP and proven troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office applications.
4. Fast learner & self-motivated

工作内容

1、 负责公司网络系统及IT设备的日常维护和安全管理

2、 负责各种软件系统的安装和问题解决

3、 协助用户合理使用软硬件

4、 不定期的在国内出差

要求：

1、1-2年软硬件及网络维护工作经验

2、精通Windows XP和Windows7及微软office软件、网络应用

3、良好的中英文交流能力

4、学习能力强，工作主动
