Position Purpose:

This position has the responsibility to in charge of all cash & bank transactions; to ensure the accuracy and timeline of the payment and collection, ensure the internal and external report are submitted in time and reconciled; to ensure closely liaise with local government such as SAFE, tax bureau, statistics bureau etc.; to ensure financial record and information are cleaned up & management successfully.

Responsibility:

？ Be responsible for daily cash & bank receipts and payments;

？ Be responsible for daily cash & bank account bookkeeping and ensure all the accounting transactions are compliance with Cargill & US GAAP & statutory regulations;

？ Statistics report, FX report and CAPEX report;

？ Be responsible for stamp duty and financial files management;

？ Inter-company loan; interest payment; Liaise with local government such as SAFE, tax authorities;

？ Be responsible for critical spreadsheet control and RIM coordination;

？ Be responsible for journal voucher binding;

？ Other assigned jobs.

Qualification:

？ Bachelor graduate in Accounting or equivalent major;

？ High sense of responsibility;

？ Understanding of China GAAP and US GAAP, Corporate accounting policies is a plus;

？ Eager to learn. Proven ability to cope with changes;

？ Strong team orientation including demonstrated motivational and influential leadership abilities;

？ Demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasks;

？ Good Command of verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin.
