? Focus on key architect and design firms.
? Establish company's brands as preferred brands in architectural and design firms.
? Provide highly professional specifications to key designer clients for projects which will benefit to China and influence winning chance for regional office.
? Drive hospitality marketing activities and maximize the specification in architectural and design firms.
? Find out more business opportunities from architectural and design firms.
? Maintain contact and regularly visit A&D, establish and maintain long-term stable relations with key A&D, in the direction of establishment of strategic cooperative partnership.
? Systematically build relationships with A&D and understand their criteria of specification and needs.
? Visit architects and designers frequently.
? Worked as a sales man in a leading edge, branded project organization for 1+ year. (在知名品牌或行业领先的公司销售工作经验一年以上)
? Experience in selling high-end architectural products and building materials to architects and designers.
? Interior designer is preferred.
? Experience in presenting seminar is preferred.
