1、组织制定供应链策略、采购计划，协调资源合理分布和调配，领导供应链管理团队达成目标；
2、负责生产计划、采购等与订单履行环节的有效运作及相关管理工作，推动生产流程改善，提升效率；
3、批准和维护合格供应商清单，实施供应商评审，维护良好的供应商关系，建立优秀供应基础。
4、完善集团采购功能的整合、供应商的资源整合、采购成本的降低、优化库存；
5、领导和管理供应链团队，培训并为团队成员提供职业规划指导，用***实践发展团队。
