硬性：
1、全日制本科及以上学历；
2、人力资源专业、机械电子类、化学类专业优先；
3、大型制造业招聘模块中职员招聘2年以上经验（如果只有1年经验，需要职员招聘交付量大于100人）;
软性：
1、身体好&心理素质好，抗压能力强，乐意付出额外的努力；
2、理解、分析、表达能力良好，能快速理解用人部门的需求并分析相应的猎寻思路，以及很好地和用人方、候选人、供应商沟通，对候选人的匹配度做出判断；
3、思路清晰，能充分理解全公司及各部门复杂的组织架构（精确到一二三级机构及三级机构内部团队情况）和岗位要求；
4、协调能力良好（比如能在面试官不确定、面试官时间不确定、面试官所在地不确定、候选人时间不确定、面试官反馈缓慢等情况下推进招聘进展） 举报 分享
