职位描述：
工作地点
深圳市南山蛇口，地铁蛇口线可达，东角头站

岗位目标
-协助海外销售完成客户订单的跟进，包括与货代沟通关于货品运输事宜及到港情况。客户收到货品，根据发票及付款事宜。

具体职责
- 根据客户要求联系货代，安排出货事宜
- 制作船务出货单据，并将装船单据发给相关同事
- 根据到货情况，并及时更新相关信息
- 及时在Google Sheet 更新订单信息
- 制作发票，安排收款

岗位要求
- 大专以上学历，1年以上工作经验，有相关客户服务、船务及销售内勤经验者优先 （可以考虑优秀应届毕业生）
- 熟练英语听读写
- 熟悉货代流程，具备单证，货代，物流运输及一定进出口贸易知识
- 良好的沟通能力与协调能力
