职位描述：
? PO/DPO creation and update (30%)
? Accurate and timely data input into PROPMT to track production status;
? Notify respective merchant the PO number after creation;
? Print labels and send to merchants for opening case file for each style;
? Send revised PO to non-EDI vendors as requested by merchants;
? Maintain electronic/hardcopy filing.

? Cut and allocate color standard (10%)
? Help merchants match the color name and color code with the seasonal color standard;
? Cut identified color standard (non-CSI) and send to factory per merchants’ requirement.

? Parcel dispatch (30%)
? Complete application form, perform mutilation and stamping as instructed by merchants;
? Pack samples by destination and submit to on site courier staff (FedEx & Yunda) before cut-off time;
? For hand carry arrangement, help to conduct sample mutilation.

? Clerical support (30%)
? Support merchants in formatting and printing various reports;
? Help merchant print out Tech Packs and related documents;
? Download graphic artwork from Gap web for distribution to related parties;
? Prepare JPG files using scanner and digital camera;
? Provide photocopying service to merchants (black & white photo copy);
? Cut and distribute color standards/fabric swatch;
? Copy comments from garment/panel/swatch for distribution to related parties;
? Filing support at merchants’ workstation for trims, fabric, artwork and shadeband.

Internal: Merchants, Color Dept
External: Vendors, mills, suppliers, FedEx, Yunda onsite

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Detailed oriented, fast paced, good initiative, strong sense of responsibility;
? Excellent typing skills and well-verse in Microsoft Office;
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
