Typical Tasks
? Understand and accept the company culture, management requirements and HR related regulations
? Formulate company's human resources planning in accordance with company's overall strategic requirements and development goals, supervise implementation of programs to ensure guidelines and processes comply to company policies and local laws
? Establish the fair, transparent and market-adequate salary structure and analyze internal HR operation practices; optimize of exiting company policy & procedure establishment to ensure the programs in accordance with legal requirements.
? Communicating with government agencies for personnel and labor relations and other compliance matters to ensure the activities of labor relations in accordance with law.
? Coordinate or assist to establish appropriate employee relationship related policies, procedures, formalities by applying the best practice. Coordinate internal personnel issues.
? Prepare annual HR operation budgets and forecasts, audit human resource management costs, in a timely manner processing company in the management process materially human resources issues;
? Conduct and manage the daily payroll and benefits preparation to make sure HR data accuracy.
? Carry out other assigned work-related jobs by superior.
Requirements
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources, management, psychology or related majors (MBA preferred.)
? Familiar with employment regulations and HR practices in China Basic Accounting。
? 3 years HR working experience in multinational corporations, and at least 3 years’ experience on C&B。
? Very good command in reading, writing and oral English.
? Excellent in Excel and good command in Word, PPT and Windows
? Authenticity, Willingness to Learn, Responsibility
? Certification of HR Professional etc.
? Prefer SP experience candidate
