职位描述：
Shipping Follow Up：
1. Responsible for arranging booking, trailers, loading, customs clearance, cargo transportation and follow up
2. Communication with suppliers, make sure product could be completed on time and delivery according to customer's request
3. Arrangement & guidance work for suppliers when necessary
4. Coordination work

Documentation：
1.Responsible for checking the shipping related documents, including bill of lading, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, etc.
2.Responsible for production and distribution of each document: the sea/air waybill, customs declaration, customs clearance documents, etc.
3.Other tasks from company

Job Specification：
1.Shipping or international trade or related professional college degree or above
2. At least 3 years or above related working experience, can independently complete the export goods process
3. Familiar with draft all shipping documents
4.Have strong ability of language expression and communication skills
5.Have strong ability of time management skill, coordination skill, planning skill of the operation
6. Good command of English
