职位描述：

岗位职责：
1. 配合分公司培训部开展机构培训工作；
2. 规划与安排并组织落实机构年、季、月度各项培训计划；
3. 根据“兼职讲师管理办法”及“讲师认证”体系，甄选兼职讲师通过认证并定期考核；
4. 负责机构各级营销人员各项培训记录登记与档案的归档管理；
5. 负责按时填报总部与分公司常规培训报表并系统归档；
6. 负责提升机构ALE 通过率和新人首月活动率的绩效指标；

任职要求：
1. 年龄在22 周岁以上50 周岁以下，身体健康、品行端正、具有进取精神；
2. 大学专科及以上学历，具有经济、金融、财税等相关知识，有保险行业经验者优先；
3. 具备良好的语言表达能力及协调、沟通能力；
4. 至少2年以上培训及培训管理经验，掌握销售培训技能、课程开发和讲授技能，对营销员销售模式和培训需求有较为深刻理解；
5. 具备业务敏锐度、沟通和演讲能力，以绩效导向，具备团队合作、客户服务及创新精神。
6. 有网络工作经验的优先。
