职位描述：
Position; Tool Manager (High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC))
Location: Wuxi (无锡)
Report to: Managing Director
Responsibility:
? Achieve and maintain a profitable tool manufacturing operation for company and external customer.
? Oversee the design and manufacturing of the tool and other equipment to insure the meeting of the project requirements and the quality of the final product.
? Design and manufacture HPDC tools for high availability and expected lifetime.
? Provide quotes for new HPDC tools and other type bounded equipment.
? Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customer.
? Responsible for continued reductions in manufacturing costs through new technology, efficiency & productivity improvements, and Lean Mfg. processes, etc.
? Ensures that training and qualification program are implemented and that quality procedures are followed by the all staff of the plant.

Requirement:
Proven record of managing manufacturing of HPDC tools.
Comprehensive and strong knowledge of HPDC tool manufacturing (CNC-machines, EDM, turning, grinding, hardening etc.)
Comprehensive and strong knowledge how to calculate HPDC tooling manufacturing cost.
Good knowledge in the design of tools.
Structured mind-set and objectives oriented attitude.
English is a must since you will be reporting to a foreign management
