Main Respnsibilites:
1.Develop and implement customer service procedures,policies and standards;
2.Ivestigate and solve customers’problem and complex issues;
3.Customer service and coordination of requirements of existing customers;
4.Prepare quotations and enquiries on behalf of his/her management;
5.Create and implements SOP’s;
6.Coordinate and communicate with operational department and/or overseas net work to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
7.Follow on payment arrangement and status;
8.Coordinate shipment arrangements internally;
Experience:
3-5 years experience in gloable freight forwarder;
? Language Skills:
？ Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
? Computer Skills:
？ Good PC skills, esp. MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint;
? Core Competencies:
？ Teamwork and co-operation skills;
Focus on quality spirit;
Capacity to handle change;
Creative problem solving ability
