职位描述
Role Purpose:
1.To develop and implement admin policies and procedures;
2.To maintain and establish an excellent work environment;
3.To optimize allocation of office resources and ensure regular admin expenses under annual budget;
Responsibilities:
1.To cover the management of office supplies procurement, such as stationery, water, courier, car rental ,etc., periodically review their price and service to ensure operational cost efficient ;
2.In charge of overall management in areas of office security, safety, environment hygiene, facilities readiness and admin services;
3.To organize admin project, such as office relocation and expansion, supervise office renovation;
4.To manage company's seals and sales contracts, business licenses and other certificate and keep good relationship with local government and related functional department;
5.To keep the office environment orderly and prosperous, supervise cleaners' daily work and dealing with the problems and emergencies;
6.Office facility management, ensure office facilities and equipment in good order , track office fixed assets and equipments;
7.To develop safety emergency plan, provide the security for company's daily operation on the fire protection and property safety;
8.To organize monthly secretary meeting and big event(Town hall meeting, Board meeting) arrangement;
9.To coach and supervise receptionists, tea-ladies, drivers, to enable them perform their daily work efficient and in timely manner;
10.To complete other tasks assigned by superior;
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above;
Knowledge & Experience:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.At least 8 years administration working experience of foreign enterprise, including 4 years or above administrative management experience;
3.Good command of English in reading, writing and listening;
4.Fully understand and master the procedures and process of office management, could make administration management independently;
5.Independent, self motivated, able to work well under pressure and meet tight time-lines;
6.Strong with judgment, interpersonal communication and coordination skill;
7.Willing to work under pressure;
