职位描述：
1、Assure Sigma factory Quality Systems are compliant to the baby products Regulations and ISO guidelines.
2、Direct and follow up with manufacturing partners in establishing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical aspects of product compliance and quality programs
3、Develop and deliverables to meet the company compliance and quality management system goals.
4、Identify top priority compliance and quality issues and develop action plans that support the global business strategy.
5、Identify and resolve compliance and quality related issues at the root cause level to prevent problems from re-occurring. Focus on preventive action to minimize resource and schedule impacts.
6、Review all projects throughout their life cycle for quality improvement opportunities, risks to quality, and counter measures to quality risks.
7、Develop and deploy an executive level summary on compliance and quality program progress.


Qualification：

Skills and Qualifications:
1、Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering
2、5 years experience in regulatory requirements in the baby products industry preferred. Previous experience with regulatory body interface preferred;
3、Must possess strong problem solving technique and able to work under stress in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
4、3 years experience in Six Sigma Methodology (Statistical process control, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis, Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability Studies, Corrective & Preventive Action, Root Cause Analysis and Risk Analysis)
5、Highly motivated individual who can work independently; detail oriented with excellent follow up skills.
6、Fluency in Mandarin and English language skills a must (written and verbal)
7、Interpersonal skills - exceptional listening, understanding, influencing and communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills - politically astute 举报 分享
