职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1.To support German projects regarding quality
2.To reduce the failure of products, including German products produced in Cherry Zhuhai own producted products
3.Quality planning of projects
4.To manage complaint from all relevant parties, including customers, in-house and suppliers; Handle complaints from market, and inprove the FCR to delight the consumers
5.Overall control and inprove production and outgoing quality system to make it run smoothly and meet ISO standards
6.Overall control and improve factory quality system to achieve high-level process quality and out-going quality with low cost, through maintaining production quality system, QCC and cooperation with relevant department such as QA/Project/Production etc. Assurance and outgoing-inspections of mass-production at the suppliers (lot inspections)
7.Training of internal quality department regarding Cherry quality standerd
8.Claim management and quality management regarding all quality inprovement actions
9.Cooperationg with related eNGINEER FOR TROUBLESHOOTING
10.Keep whole production prrocess and control plan to be continuous improved via using Q-tools to meet Cherry quality requirements
11.Handle approbation and factory andit, and related document

Requirements:
1.Experience in engineering or developing of keyboards and other PC peripherals is preferable
2.Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
3.Experience of using SPC, DOE, FMEA, quality tools
4.Good understanding of ISO9000/14000system
5.Bachelor degree or above
6.English fluent spoken and written
7.Excellent knowledge in MS-Office software
8.ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 internal auditor experiencedd and certificated 举报 分享
