职位描述：
Sales specialist for Russia/Russian speaking countries (Russian speaking is a plus).

_Qualifications:

a . Bachelor in Engineering, Marketing, Business
b. Minimum 2 years working experiences in sales, preferably in consumer industry, and PCB sales experience is a plus
c. Good communication skill, good command of oral and written English skills. Russian speaking is a plus.
d. Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
e. Ability to work independently, quick learner.


_Job responsibilities:
1.Develops new customers and offers quotations and well manage existing customers
2. Organizes and participates in exhibition, business trips for customer visits.
3. Initiates sample order review and Receives and distributes orders
 4. Responsible for the sales revenue of the assigned territory, to meet and exceed annual sales target set by the company.
5.Prepares quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.
6. Leads customer communication and problem solving in coordination with other departments
7.Carries out customer communication
8. work actively to achieve sales targets
9. Conducts customer satisfaction survey, and assists in analyzing and improving customer dissatisfaction
