职位描述：

工作职责:　负责租户商铺设计及装修的所有协调工作：对租户介绍并讲解“商铺设计指南”及“装修守则”等；为租户所提交的设计作初步审核，并作出相对的设计修改建议方案；确保租户的商铺设计达到商场“商铺设计指南”所拟定的要求并各具特色；监督商铺设计图纸提交及审批时间/过程以确保商铺设计进度不影响装修期；安排商铺施工前会议及交房等事项；与各部门/单位协调租户装修期间的所有事项，监督装修进度与质量等，以确保商铺装修按审批设计图纸施工及如期竣工、开业；负责竣工验收并确保商铺装修符合有关当局的要求等等。

基本要求:

· 大学专科或以上学历，室内设计、橱窗设计或相关室内设计专业毕业

· 拥有至少1－2年相关工作经验

· 有创意并对商场商铺设计管理感兴趣

· 处事成熟、有条理、沟通能力强并有责任心

· 能熟练操作AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、MICROSOFT OFFICE等软件
