Job Scope :
The major responsibility is to assist the Division Head of R&D, lead the team on developing agrochemical formulation. He/she has to work with different departments in the R&D Division, manufacturing, international marketing, commercial operations and business development department to study the feasibility, set project plan, track the progress and update the relevant departments on the progress. Work closely with the institute, university and external consultant. Enhance overall capabilities and thinking process of subordinates.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above. MBA would be an advantage.
2. At least ten years’ formulation (R&D) working experience, preferably in agrochemical industry. Chemical, painting, pharmaceutical or colloid chemistry, polymers can also be considered. Supervisory experience in MNC with good project management skill is a must.
3. Good communication, organization and coordination skills.
4. Good spoken and written English skills.
