Position: Purchasing Coordinator
Position requirement:
1. Good command of English, especially read, writing. CET-4 or qualified.
2. Have 2-3 years international sales experiences or shipping experiences, well master the international trade procedures. It’s preferable with experience in foreign company or working in lighting business before.
3. Highly responsibility and carefulness is needed. The careless person don’t try, please.
4. Active and self-motive.
5. Good team worker.
6. Working location: Dongguan city, Guangdong Province



岗位描述:

1）Issue all the POs (including PO for Korea).
   下发所有订单（包括韩国地区）。
2）Update ETA basis weekly updated schedule.
   更新每周“预到货日期”计划表。
3） Following up with vendors about the PO progress till delivery, associate with HQ to solve problems occurred during the progress.
    从下单到出货全过程序的采购订单跟踪。
4） Monitoring vendors’performance on our orders.
    跟踪供应商对订单的完成成效表现情况。
5）Make certain purchasing documents are properly completed
确保采购文件正确完成。
6）Assure department records are maintained and purchases are followed up or expedited when required
保证部门采购记录维护和跟进。
7） Recommend purchases of materials to supervisor based on anticipated changes in prices or availability
推荐采购主管根据预期的价格变化或可用性。
8） Tracked supplier’s inventory.
 跟踪供应商库存情况
9) Check the weekly delivery plan
核对每周出货计划
10) Confirm the booking to the forwarder
     确认订舱给货代
11) Coordinate with other departments to ensure the packaging inspection and on time
与公司各部门沟通协调，确保包材验货等准时进行
12) Headquarters of the claim
处理总部提出的索赔事宜
13) Responsible for the existing models of price reduction
负责现有型号的谈价降价
14）Dealing with other tasks assigned by company.
