职位描述：
JOB OBJECTIVE

The Product Development line manager will be responsible for the product development to delivery on time at the best market price to satisfy the business needs on execution, quality and speed. Develop long term business relationship with core vendor. Manage and develop a high performance team through implementation of ‘best in class” process and system.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

? Lead the team with the function of product development, technical and merchandising to ensure the timely sample execution, good fit, best price and on time delivery
? Elevate sample execution standard in terms of quality, aesthetic and turn around time.
? Coordinate with Material Sourcing and Costing team to maximize the value of product from development stage.
? Work closely with head office counter part to provide best service to our customer.
? Develop strong business relationship with material suppliers and shoe factory to secure best price, quality and delivery.
? Assist in planning and implementing vendor strategy in the region, build a strong factory base for each brand.
? Be able to improve factory sample room performance to meet customer requirement.
? Manage and develop a high performing, motivated team and implementation of “best in class” capabilities, processes and systems.

KEY RERUIREMENT:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field.
? 10+ years in the areas of factory production, product development, pricing or production management; preferably from the footwear business with factory exposure.
? Familiar with core materials and major colors.
? Strong analytical skills.
? Dynamic personality, comfortable with working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
? Multi-tasking.
? Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
? Speak both Mandarin and English fluently, additional language is plus.
? Be able to travel independently and intensively in China and other Asian country. 举报 分享
