职位描述
Responsible for all activities of Technical Service for assigned products to ensure product performance goals are achieved to customer satisfaction within the assigned areas. Directs and manages all presales and post-sales technical services to clients, including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance. Manages and trains a department of technical service staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize the operation of the technical service team
2. Coordinate technical service team between management, production department, and sales department with newly developed techniques or practices of products
3. Coordinate technical service team to inform customers' managerial contact of new types, specifications, and end users of products. And also, make liaison with customers occasionally
4. Gather and analyse the general technical information of our current selling products
5. Provide new product technology advice, technical support, and training to operations, sales personnel and external customers.
6. Ensure trouble tickets are entered in a specified company format in a timely manner. Create alternative solutions to recurring problems.
7. Monitor the performance and productivity of clients and initiate response to problems.
8. Contact window to the R&D Department.
9. To finish any other tasks assigned by the superiors
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Solid chemistry knowledge of PWB industry
- Knowledge in data management is an advantage
- 6 Sigma knowledge is preferable
- Strong inter-personal, communication & presentation skills
