职位描述：
Resposibilities:
-Responsible for the production operations, processes and its equipment
-Responsible for the alignment of Dongguan plant with the OC Oerlikon policies regarding the production standards (e.g. 5S) and EHS
-Responsible for the production budget and related investments
-Responsible for the accuracy, the monitoring and the improvements of the NFKF
-Responsible for the quality of our operations and the support in the complaint solving process
-Manage the people, set a strong teamwork and empower the people, get a high satisfaction level of all the employees
-Manage the production flow and processes, improve each steps to increase the productivity, the quality and to decrease the delivery time
-Documentation of the required information related to the production
-Manage the products, introduce and validate new products (coating or production steps -stripping-) and maintain the existing one at their optimal level
-Manage the training, get the employees train as required for their function
-Support the sales force in term of information to the customers and sales
-Manage the costs and investments, in order to optimize the use of the production plant for the short and long term
-Close collaboration with the others SPC's PM and the HQ in order to keep the production at the state of the art and support organization's needs (support actions)
-Work as presentation of company, to deal with local Govenment and other issues
-Take care of lobar union work as part of BCN labor union
-Other administration work

Requipments:
-Bachelor in mechanical and/or material science
-Minimum 5 years working experience in production management in foreign companys
-Knowledge about ISO/TS16949 standard.
-Knowledge of APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC and other tools and methods is preferred
-Good knowledge of HSE management
-Leadership
-Teamwork
-At least 3 years of production management experience
-Heat treatment experience or tools manufacturing experience preferred
-Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
