Commodity Specialist of Interconnect
Job Description
- Conduct RFQ and QBR;
- Lead supplier development and qualification;
- Early involvement in design stage to define components/parts and suppliers;
- Work with site operation team to resolve day-to-day issues with suppliers such as delivery, quality, etc;
- Supply chain risk management including capacity, disaster recovery, etc.
Job Requirements
- Be proficient at cable/harness & AC/DC cable and connectors of power supply or server field, rich Sourcing experience and fluency in English.
- Bachelor in Engineering or Supply Chain Management;
- 8+ yrs. experience in sourcing or procurement of/or related experience in Interconnect (connector, cable, wire harness, etc.);
- Supply base development and management;
- Strong negotiation and contracting skill;
- Good interpersonal skill; ability to set goals and meet deadline;
- Knowledge of and compliance with legal and ethical aspects of purchasing and contracting;
- Team working.
