Role Responsibility:
Best Practice
? Maintain current knowledge of remuneration and benefits best practice, providing advice and support to the HR team on the application and implications for employees.
Remuneration and Benefits Policy and Processes
? Assist in the management of benefit and remuneration policies and processes for Farm (respective hub) including remuneration review, waged staff market surveys, existing allowance scheme review, etc.
Payroll and Benefits Management
? Be in charge of farm salaried and waged monthly payroll and insurance (both statutory and supplementary) in a timely and accurate manner.
? Take care of employee’s payslip and support on employment certificate related matters.
? Lead the annual local waged employee market survey and support the HRBP to complete salary review cycle
? Assist to review effectiveness of local farm HR policy related to C&B and make appropriate proposal.
? Work with manager and remuneration team members to co-ordinate the annual renewal of benefits or service vendor contracts (i.e. FESCO contract, supplementary medical insurance contract) provided by Fonterra.
Data base and HR Information System Management
? As an owner of HR Information System (SAP, Platinum), work with the HR Business Partners and other parties (such as Finance, etc) to ensure all data changes to be recorded in the system and employee data base
? Maintain accurate HR database in the HRIS system
Labour Contract and Employment Management
? Establish and maintain the personnel/documents
? Be in charge of the employee management (including registration) as per local legal requirement.
? Provide support to employment cycle from hire to retire, including review, adjust (in case of mistake) and filing employee labour contract (including new comer and renewal), etc
C&B Data Analysis
? Generate ad hoc reports (i.e. payroll, costs analysis) for the C&B Manager and the wider HR Team as and when required.
? Support HRBP on necessary labour cost analysis and budget
Others tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications:
? Computer literate
? English and Mandarin
? University degree
? Major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll management
? Have HR information system administration experience.
? At least 3 years working experience in an HR function.
? Experience in working with outsourced HR agencies, manage their service quality.
? HRIS experience with SAP or Platinum will be preferred.
? Experience in cooperating with salary survey agency, or have ever done local survey.
? Basic Tax and Labour law
? Labour law knowledge
? Experience working in a MNC, farming or manufacturing experience will be a plus.
