职位描述：
High Level Statement of the Role:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for maintaining, managing and supporting all area leaders and shop floor production employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:
? Maintain quality level to customer’s expectation.
? Review customer specifications and validate to ensure they align with supply base capabilities.
? Develop product specifications by translating customer specs into working Kimball/supply base specifications.
? Development of quality Specifications.
? Responsible for project costing (conditions and assumptions)
? Accountable for customer shop drawings approvals and finish approvals prior to releasing for sample/production development.
? Ensure design and quality intent properly executed through sample stage.
? Clearly communicate custom expectations throughout all facets of product development: construction,
design, finish, samples, and production.
? Responsible for product technical review with selected manufacturers.
? Responsible to initiate customer driven ECR’s and reviews/approvals of supplier initiated ECR’s.
? Participate in the review of and approval of preproduction/first article samples.
? Travel to factories as necessary. 举报 分享
