国际知名欧洲灯饰(灯饰配件)公司, 於上海均有分公司, 诚聘南中国区销售经理
除大多时间於南中国地区面见客户外, 其他时间居家办公
职务:
-发掘及联繫区内有潜力客户
-计划每週工作行程, ,电话联繫潜在及现有客户, 增加销售渠道
-开拓销售网络: 预约客户, 初部面见,了解客户需求
-跟进客户要求, 货品服务说明,提供建议,订立合同及作销售总结报告
-扩大现有客户销售商品款式
-留意客户及市场动向,向市场部建议合适策略
-根据客户要求,与技术人员作出跟进, 併推广新款及合适货品及服务
-报告销售行程及结果
-準备报价单及提交订单
-计划并参与展览会,介绍商品给新及现有客户
-大多时间需要於广东区内面见客户, 或有需要到上海及香港公司
资歷:
-面见,说话等销售技巧,内部沟通, 积极,组织能力,地区管理能力, 能达销售目标
-有灯饰销售经验

Sales Manager (South China) Job Responsibilities:
Internationally renowned European company in the lighting field (components for lighting), with offices in Shanghai, is looking for a Sales Manager who will be based in the Southern Area of China.
Working from his home office and mostly visiting customers on the field, the sales manager:
Sales Manager (South China) Job Duties:
? Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts in the Guangdong Area.
? Plans and organizes weekly work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
? Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
? Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
? Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
? Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
? Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled and communicate them to the technical department.
? Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result.
? Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
? Takes part in Tradeshows and is able to attract prospects and existing customers.
? Willing to travel in the Guangdong Area; some travel to our Shanghai or Hong Kong office might also be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Verbal Communication, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Meeting Sales Goals
Experience in the lighting field
Existing portfolio of customers in the lighting field
Intermediate proficiency in English is a must.
