职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1. Maintain AL China HSE management system and procedures to ensure its effectiveness, support and guide regional HSE personnel for HSE programs and issues;
2. Plan, lead and organize HSE programs/campaigns national wide, follow up its implementation to ensure its quality and effectiveness thus to improve AL China HSE performance and foster strong safety culture;
3. Follow up, analyze and propose action plans for the implementation of annual HSE plan for all subsidiaries in China, and facility score, etc. Collect and consolidate HSE inspection findings from regional HSE team, analyze and propose action plans for improvements;
4. Maintain and monitor Environmental Management System (EMS) for both head office and regional facilities;
5. Maintain AL China SDS(Safety Data Sheets) database;
6. BSV (Behavioral Safety Visit) program supports to improve its quality and effectiveness;
7. Lead incident/accident/near miss analysis national wide and propose improvement action plans and follow up;
8. Handle all license and permission issues for new Project in assigned region, including establishing company, Be in charge of land purchasing or leasing of, utilities (Power, water, etc.),
9. Get related permission during company set up, the construction of the project.
10. Project acceptance, include daily IRC management after company building put into production. Support project manager to acquire the administrative permits for new project according to laws and regulations in assigned region.
11. Support facility manager to obtain the mandatory permits which could contain SPP, IPP etc, and keep these permits valid.
12. Collect the new regulations and identify the gaps, share with the relevant department, monitor the implementation of regulatory process in assigned region.
13. Be in charge of coordinating the interface between Air Liquide and local authorities.

Job Requirement:
1. University or above degree;
2. Over 5 years relevant working experiences in HSE, project management in a multi-national company, experience in mega chemical project is preferred;
3. Good English skill both in written and oral;
4. Skills of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint);
5. Excellent communication and coordination abilities and able to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders;
6. China CSE and ISO14001 certification preferred;
7. Willing to travel in the region and work under pressure. 举报 分享
