职位描述：
工作职责(Responsibilities):
1.规划、设计、执行、维护公司的环境、健康、安全方针、程序、制度。
Develop, implement and maintain plant EHS programs, practices and procedures.
2.提供EHS培训，进行EHS推广，确保员工接受必须的EHS培训，在全公司推行零事故EHS文化。
EHS training delivery, EHS awareness promotion, ensure necessary training is delivered to all required employees and drives, promotes zero incident EHS culture, as well physical drills are conducted.
3.满足营运及业务的需求的同时有效地阐明EHS标准，确保公司的生产营运符合国家及地方相关的环保、健康、安全相关法律法规及公司的政策。
Effectively address EHS standards while meeting operational and business needs, maintain compliance with safety, health and environmental laws and regulations issued by government and Quasar corporate policy.
4.厂区及宿舍范围内的健康、安全危害因素识别、评估、消除及控制，根据EHS关键风险与责任部门共同制定相应目标。
Health & Safety hazard identification, assessment, elimination & control within the factory and dorms zone, as well works with leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.
5.推动环保、健康、安全的持续改进。
Champion continuous improvement processes relating to health, safety and the environment.
6.与政府相关部门沟通EHS事务，与相关职能部门建立并维护良好的沟通关系。
Liaise with government for EHS related affairs, to builds up and maintain good communication relationship with local authorities.
7.EHS相关的装置、设备的配置，从采购申请到验收、维护等过程监管和技术性指导。
EHS related equipment/ devices deployment, procurement application, inspection and maintenance.
8.处理内外部安全事件，组织相关责任部门进行事故分析调查并系统地定义纠正预防措施；汇报工伤事故。
Deal with both internal and external issues about safety, conduct incident investigations and systematically identify corrective and preventive actions with leadership team, and report work-related injuries and illnesses.
9.参与厂房建设、设备安装，包括合同的制定，引导工艺及设备的EHS评估并制定适当地控制方法来确保项目符合EHS相关要求。
Participate in the process of plant construction, equipment installment including making contracts with suppliers, lead process and equipment EHS reviews and develop appropriate controls; so as to make sure those projects to meet the requirements of EHS.
10.应急预案及事故调查，纠正预防措施的跟踪。
Emergency Response & Incident Investigation, Corrective & Preventive Action follow-up.
11.确保厂房的安全。
Make sure the security of the building.
12. 其它安排的工作。
Other assigned responsibilities.

◆大专以上学历

◆5年以上相关工作经验.
