职位描述：
Reporting to the Automation Engineering Manager, The Specialist will lead and manage a group of automation engineers and represent the automation engineering f`unction to other partner groups such as Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Plant Engineering and Facilities, ensuring the quality of work and appropriate resources are in place to support ongoing operations and projects requiring automation engineering.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (ME/EE/Automation) and five plus (5+) years of experiencewith solid track record of successful automation development in an electronic manufacturing environment plus years of management of automation engineering and technical support personnel is preferred.
Excellent communication (English and Chinese), technical, organizational, leadership, and mentoring skills are required.
Must be a team player prepared to lead, work in, and embrace a team-based culture.
Knowledge of PLC or other controllers, Handlers, Transfer systems, Quick Changeover systems, Robots and Flexible Manufacturing.
Ability to effectively coach others and lead change is required. 举报 分享
