Reports to Engineering Director for HSIO or Director of China Sales
Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen.
Travel: 30% of time in Mainland China
Job Responsibility:
1.Work closely with Chinese customers and Amphenol Sales Team so our Sales and Marketing Team understand customer HSIO requirements,
2.Work with local sales team to differentiate our product and service to become the "go to" company for high end HSIO solutions
3.Provide a bridge between our US and China Development Team and Chinese customers
4.Product Roadmaps, VOC, Competitive Landscape
5.Support China NBD and Tier 1 customers to develop custom HSIO CN and CA solutions.
6.Provide SI and Mechanical design support for customers for their HSIO solutions
7.SI simulation of new and existing designs
8.Channel modelling where channel includes PCB, Connector, Cable
9.Mechanical Concept Design
10.Work with the Factory based NPI teams to implement timely solutions for Chinese customers
11.Provide SI and Mechanical validation support for new designs
12.Work with Product managers on cost models for HSIO solutions
13.Work with customers and Development team on custom thermal solutions
14.Work with internal thermal experts on design and implementation of custom thermal solutions

All AOC
Requirements
1.Knowledge of HSIO Connector and Cable Assembly market
2.Degree Mech or Elec Eng.
3.Positive and Ambitious Personality
4.Some thermal experience is an advantage
5.Experience or interest in working with customers
