Job description
Provide coordination and administration support on multiple programs, projects and initiatives. A key part of the roll involves contact, and follow up, with end users and managers in regard to cost savings initiatives and compliance matters. Additional focus areas include the administration of the terminations process and administration support for connection tools provisioning.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills, for dealings with end users, managers and suppliers.
2. Very good organizational skills, and a high capacity for thoroughness and attention to detail.
3. Significant experience with IBM policies, processes, and organizational structure.
4. 1+ years working experience in program/project coordination and administration roles.
5. Self-starter, with a high level of initiative and an ability to manage multiple initiatives through to resolution.
6. Well organized, with a systematic approach, to ensure that meet compliance requirements.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year experience in related working experience
