职位描述：

Job Objective工作目标:

To ensure the equipments in your area of responsibility run normally by the trouble shooting and continually improvement to meet team’s goals in term of delivery and cost.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

- Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available.

- Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.

- Instruct and training the maintenance worker on site.

- Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.

- Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.

- Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.

- Complete the tasks from supervisors.

Job Requirements工作要求

- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, good English(CET-4 or above)and CAD;

- More than 3 years working experience with production equipment maintenance in manufactory, the experience in automotive industry is preferred.

- Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process

- Strong analytical and communication skill, motivate and team spirit

- Able to assume risks and analyze and solve problem

- Certified engineer qualification is a plus.
