职位描述
Job Requirement:
· University/graduate, preferably experience in dealing with senior management
· Or proven work experience (see below)
· IT skills (Microsoft, HTML, Web authoring tools)
· Communication / interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
· Web Master for company Internet / Intranet
· Communicate with various functional department / content owner for requirement gathering and gap analysis
· Liaise with vendors for modification, development and deployment
· Technical owner for change management
· Secretarial Services –To provide an efficient secretarial support to the Director and ensure that appointments are noted, work is completed within required deadlines, and documents easily retrieved.
· Schedule appointments and ensure they are properly coordinated
· Type reports, documents, correspondence
· Arrange flights, hotel bookings for the Director, department and overseas guests
· Coordinate meeting facilities to ensure all logistics are arranged
· Prepare presentation materials
· Maintain a filing system
· Update the Director on any urgent matters that require attention
· Office Administration – To undertake general office administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the department
· Distribute all outgoing mail so that addressee will receive timely information
· Keep an updated record of department staff’s annual leave
· Control stationery stock level for the department
· External Communication – To project a professional image to external customers and suppliers so that high standards and expectations are maintained.
· Liaise and communicate with external parties
· Make visitors feel comfortable and welcome
· Ensure customer complaints are acknowledged promptly and tactfully
· Internal Communication – To maintain teamwork and promote harmonious relationship in the work environment
· Provide assistance to other staff
· Communicate concisely with colleagues on any requirements and needs
· Customer Experience
· At any time and any where perform the activities and display the behaviours that are designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience. These activities and behaviours are highlighted in the "Delighting Customers" core competency and in any additional Customer Experience behavioural guideline applicable to the role.
