Key responsibilities:
l Responsible for financial reports and periodic business review process for both the manufacturing site in Changshu and the professional office in Guangzhou. Provide recommendations to the leadership team.
l Responsible for maintaining books and records according to US GAAP and related schedules and reports as associated with the filings of a US based public company
l Lead annual planning and cost roll process.
l Responsible for the internal control environment and internal control processes.
l Lead the day to day financial activities including tax, costing, budgeting, financial reporting and audit.
l Provide financial analysis support.
l Manage a good working relationship with local government departments.
l Develop and retain a best in class finance team.
l Comply with and implement environment, health and safety polices and rules of MOEN, actively involved in company EHS activities. Get familiar with environmental and safety factors of the position and the way to control them.
Requirements and Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree or above
l Finance or Economics or relevant major
l At least 10 years' related working experience
l CMA, CPA or ACCA certificate
l Fluency in English
l Discrete Experienced
l Familiarity with US GAAP preferred
