职责和权限
*Major Responsibilities / 主要职责:
1. Production equipment modification/改进生产设备
2. Maintain all workshop equipment to ensure their smooth operation /维护所有设备保证其正常运转
3. Communicating & work together with departments concerned /与相关部门进行沟通
4. Formulate maintenance schedule, maintenance instruction /制定设备保养计划和保养规程
5. Set up spare parts storage (including consumables) /建立备件储存(含易耗件)
6. Train maintenance technicians /培训维修技术员
7. Assist P/PE to install and pilot run new equipment /协助生产、工程等部门安装和试运行转移或新设备
8. Modify and improve current equipment /改进及提高现有设备的性能
9. Monitor spare parts inventory /监控备件使用情况
10. Monitor equipment operation status /监察所有设备的使用情况
11. Enforce safety operation /加强安全操作
12. During daily work, he should reduce infection environment, and supervise all the maintenance people to wear labor insurance things /在日常工作的过程中注意减少对环境产生不良的影响,监督所有的维修人员穿戴劳保用品。
13. To attend the environment protection actively in our company organization and do it that asking. /.积极参加公司组织的各项环保的培训,并执行。
