Desired Experience and Skills:
1， Degree in Business or engineering or related disciplines,
2， Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin,
3， 1-4 years working experience in related field. Prefer in Audio video product,
4， Understand well in New Product Introduction process and implementation,
5， Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills,
6， Able to work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines, work independently with minimize supervision,
7， Open minded thinking, hard working, initiative,
8， Perform self-check, good problem solving, good decision maker,
9， Active communication with customer,
10， Able manage and lead a highly skilled cross functional team.
