General Description
? Ensure all HR operations fully complied with company policy and legal requirement
? Staffing quality: cycle time and turnover in probation reach the target
? Retain and develop the potential employees by varies solutions to meet business growth
? Align with business needs and provide tailor made HR plan/initiative to dept head
Specific Accountabilities
? Staffing
? Monitor staff employment related matters from their joining, during and termination of the employment
? Work with the management team to develop departmental manpower plan, and closely monitor the plan
? Select and recruit staff
? Strictly monitor and control the labor cost align with budget
? C&B
? Handle staff C&B enquiries
? Monitor monthly payroll operations for assigned Business Dept., check and approve the report
? Implement annual salary/bonus review to assigned Business Dept
? T&D
? Identify staff development needs, and work with T&D team to offer staff development solutions and monitor staff development progress
? Employee Relations
? Plan and execute all staff communication and relations programs including but not limited to teambuilding and recreational activities
? Performance Management
? Supervise and coordinate the performance management programs, ensuring the quality reviews are completed 100% on time
? Propose the appropriate actions to low performer by supporting line manager to implement it
? Provide necessary coaching to the team members to act as “employee champion” – listening and responding to staff and ensure continuous improvement
? Review and implement the tailor-made HR policy and procedures
? Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management
Skills Required
? Proven experience in performing generalist and business partnering roles
? Mature and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
? Familiar with China Employment Ordinance
? Very dynamic and be able to work effectively with senior management team
? Resourceful and independent
Experience and Qualifications
? Degree in Human Resources management
? Over ten years of progressive and hands-on human resources experience in dynamic MNC environment with global approach to management
