Drive new end user development执行新终端开发



Customer Management 客户管理

Execute regular business review and plan with customers; 定期与客户作业绩计划与回顾;

Check and report end user inventory检查终端进货和库存信息

Establish customer database and update on daily basis; 建立、每日更新客户列表

Customer Contract /Agreement and DME management合同及费用管理;

Execute new product launch plan as agreed with marketing按照市场部计划执行新产品上市推广活动;

任职要求:

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 任职要求

List the qualifications, skills and experience necessary to carry out the requirements of the position.

Qualifications, (e.g. Tertiary, trade):

· 5 years or above Food Service or Bakery industry sales experience 5年以上餐饮或烘焙行业销售经验

· Bachelor degree 大学专科及以上学历

Business/Technical Skills, (e.g. computing, negotiating, leadership, project management):

商业和技术技能

· Strong relationship skills and Food Service contacts极强的客户关系管理能力,具有餐饮行业客户网络

· Demonstrated negotiation skills优秀的谈判技巧

· Strong account management / planning skills良好的客户管理和计划能力

· Broad understanding of the Food Service markets, trends and developments. 对餐饮行业、市场趋势、发展方向有深刻的认识

· Broad understanding of fats and oils industry, including current trends & development, understanding of commodity market熟悉特种油脂行业内趋势和发展方向

· Understanding of technical aspects of fats and oils 了解特种油脂技术应用和配方知识

Experience ( Technical and Behavioural):

Essential:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skill 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力

· Demonstrated experience with managing customers 具备丰富的客户管理经验

· Experience within Food Service environment, either with customers or in outlets. 具备餐饮行业经验
