Responsibilities:
- Source candidates, interview candidates and identify potential hires
- Release the hiring position on the internet and screen the resumes
- Develop recruiting channels, selection tools, and candidates’ assessment system
- Develop and maintain internal and external talents pool
- Continuously improve recruiting process
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment resources
- Provide advice and follow-up on HR policies, procedures, and programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 3+ years professional HR experience, preferably with multinational companies
- Rich talent recruitment experience including hands-on interview and selection
- Good communication and service sense
- Fluent English
