职位描述
To help with our growth and expansion in China we are looking for:跟单主管-设计部Sample Office Supervisor:
主要职责：
1、负责设计部管理工作：新设计项目，设计稿，纸样，样品，面辅料，明确各职位工作职责，合理安排工作流程，保证出板进度，监督工作进程；
2、 协助解决完成新款样品过程中的技术问题，协调各职位关系；
3、 理解公司的新设计项目，协助设计师和美国公司沟通，跟进样品进度；
4、 跟踪样品寄出后的反馈，及时将客人或者总公司的修改意见解释给设计部其他同事并按时完成修改样品
职位要求：
1. 英文读写流利；

2. 5年以上工作经验，2年以上管理小规模设计部及板房经验
3. 熟悉制衣流程和工艺，能合理安排个职位工作进度，进行绩效考核
2. 稳重，独立，细心有团队合作精神；
3. 极强的条理性，能统筹安排团队工作，协调部门关系；
4. 注重和谐的工作气氛，果断有魄力，有很强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；
5. 熟练操作Photoshop或Cordraw，懂服装，面料辅料者优先考虑

Role: Manage Sample Office Department, arrange jobs of each position, follow up work process, manage new design styles, pattern,communicate with designer and US office.
Requirements:
1.Excellent command of both written and spoken English ;
2.Mature, independent, self-motivated and a good team player ;
3.Well organized, be able to arrange team work process;
4.Good command of Photoshop or Cordraw and proficiency in MS Office applications;
5.Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills ;
6.Have knowledge of costume, fabric and trim or have min.5 years experience in a garment or toy company is a plus but not essential.
